What do we do with your information? 

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 

We never sell any of your information given. 


How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

WIX
Our store is hosted on WIX Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through their data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

As a small business, we are doing the best we can, working around the clock, to get packages out asap, all while growing our warehouse and production teams to do so. We thank you for shopping small and can't wait to see what you gift this year!


If an item is a pre-sale item, it will be noted in the listing and is available for purchase before it hits our warehouse. Pre-sale items will ship as soon as they become available.  

Please note, shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Wick Chicks. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Wick Chicks has no control over shipments once they are picked up by the carrier.  All orders have tracking included in the shipping confirmation email, once an order has shipped.  

​Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid before the order can be reshipped.  New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

Custom items and Print on Demand items are non-returnable. 
Returns for other items are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit minus return shipping charges.  
All returns are store credit only.  
If you receive the wrong item/s, or if you receive an imperfect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide us with your order number.  If you received the wrong item please provide us with a picture of the item you did receive including an image of the product barcode if available. If the order arrived with an imperfect item, please include images of the imperfection. We will then issue a replacement order, and if applicable, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the mis-shipped items.
